Terms of Service
Mad World (madworld.space) is a small, personal multi-agent AI debate tool — not a company, not a funded product. Using it means you agree to the following.
Accounts. You sign in with Google. The service is for personal, fair use — one account per person, not for reselling access or running it as a backend for another product.
Credits and usage.Each account gets a usage allowance, spent as real API cost when you run a discussion or council. Free credits are limited to keep the service sustainable; paid plans and top-ups add more. We don't guarantee any specific model, provider, or feature will always be available — labs change pricing, deprecate models, and have outages outside our control.
AI output is not advice. Every response — including judge verdicts, Bull vs Bear takes, and council rankings — is generated by third-party AI models and can be wrong, biased, or out of date. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Verify anything you act on.
Acceptable use.Don't use Mad World to generate illegal content, harass anyone, or abuse the service (automated scraping, attempting to bypass usage limits, reselling credits). Public share links you create are readable by anyone holding the link — don't share something you don't want public.
Termination. We can suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service or the credit system. You can stop using the service and ask for your data to be deleted at any time — see Privacy.
No warranty, limited liability. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mad World and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated output.
Changes. These terms may change as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
